Cancellation Policy
- Pay at the hotel: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to one night will apply.
- Online payment: Reservations canceled 15 days or more prior to the arrival date are subject to a 10% charge of the total reservation amount.
- Reservations canceled 14 to 3 days before the arrival date are subject to a one-night charge.
- Reservations canceled 2 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of a no-show, are non-refundable.
- High Season (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, long weekends, and/or any other holiday): Reservations canceled 31 days or more before the arrival date are subject to a 10% charge of the total reservation amount.
- Reservations canceled 30 to 15 days before the arrival date are subject to a one-night charge.
- Reservations canceled 14 to 0 days before the arrival date, or in case of a no-show, are non-refundable.
- No refunds apply for early departures.
Guarantee Policy:
The credit card will be used exclusively as a guarantee to cover any additional charges incurred during your stay, which will be charged at the time of check-out.

Extra Charges Policy:
An extra person charge applies starting from the third adult in the same room.
